Before coming to COC, Mindy worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, restaurant/hospitality, event planning, and non-profit. Once introduced to non-profit at the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Pittsburgh, PA her life was changed dramatically. While at RMHC, she focused on growing and streamlining the Volunteer Programs which consisted of the Meal Program, House Activities/Events, and In-Kind donations.

In 2014, she moved out to Colorado because her love of the mountains was too strong to stay in Pittsburgh. She excels in environments that think outside of the box, care about the community, and promote growth.

Hobbies when not working are hiking, camping, cooking, gardening, anything art-related, and travel. And of course, quality time spent with family and friends enjoying food and nature.

Mindy is thrilled to be part of the Aspen Mine Center COC and can’t wait to get to work!
