Teller County Resources

Teller County provides a number of public assistance programs, including:

  • Colorado Food Assistance Program
  • Medicaid Program
  • Medicare Drug Program
  • Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) – a federal program providing cash assistance to qualified families with dependent children
  • Qualified Medical Benefit (QMB) Program – financial assistance to pay Medicare premiums for eligible applicants
  • Baby Care Program – medical assistance to eligible pregnant mothers and children
  • Daycare Program
  • Low Income Energy Assistance Program(LEAP) – assistance with heating costs Nov. 1 – April 30 each year
