Client Case Management
Help begins right here…
Our Client Case Management Program is your first stop. Welcome to compassion, commitment and a light at the end of your tunnel.
This program is the foundation and hub of the Aspen Mine Center.
Our client services staff spends 1 and ½ to 2 hours with each new client to conduct a needs assessment, collect baseline data, establish a success plan, and discuss and set short-, intermediate-and long-term goals that provide a road map to success.
Our relationship-based approach creates a trusting bond with clients.
The staff provides support and promotes clear expectations, skill building and encouragement.
We hold clients to high standards, promoting Community of Caring’s values of Respect, Responsibility, Trust, Caring and Family.
Positive collaboration and partnership with dozens of agencies, businesses, and local connections create tremendous opportunities for clients to build stability and enhance well-being.
