Stephany Egan’s Latest Success Story

                             Stephany Egan’s Latest Success Story

Congratulations to Stephany Egan on her latest promotion to the position of Operations Director for the Community of Caring. She begins this role today, October 2nd, as a short-term intern under Ryan Wickstrom, on what would have been her one-year anniversary as our Senior Advocacy Manager. Steph will be managing operations and maintenance of our two facilities; hiring, training and supervising operational services staff, volunteers and contractors; planning, coordinating and implementing facility modifications to meet operational and code requirements; recruiting volunteers and coordinating community service programs; and supervising the Senior Employment Training program. Whew, thank goodness she has a proven track record of stepping up to meet whatever her roles demand!

Previously, Steph moved into the position of Senior Advocacy Manager in October of 2022 after serving as a Family and Adult Advocate since July of 2021. That promotion itself was after just five months of working with Community of Caring as Receptionist at the original Aspen Mine Center building. Steph has been promoted three times in as many years and continues to shine her light and demonstrate her commitment both to our organization and to the community as a whole.

Rock on Stephany and best wishes in your new role!!
