Commodities Program (TEFAP) at Aspen Mine Center

Commodities Program (TEFAP)

To qualifying residents, we provide food packages once every month, normally on the last Friday of the month from 9 AM to 1 PM. Qualifying is done by a simple signup and providing basic information about your situation.

We serve an average of 100 households and 45 seniors a month.

Through the Aspen Mine Center, many volunteers package and distribute USDA food to qualifying residents on a monthly basis. We receive $55,000 worth of food each year for this program. There is never a fee for this service.

TEFAP will be distributed to all qualifying applicants who are Colorado residents.
